These Terms of Service govern your use of Fluent Thoughts, part of the ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC platform of consumer informational and educational resources apps.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Fluent Thoughts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app. Fluent Thoughts is part of the ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC platform of consumer informational and educational resources apps.
The service
Fluent Thoughts is a personal note-capture and organization tool that uses AI to tag, summarize, and resurface the thoughts you choose to save. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for the content you capture. You agree not to store content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or that you do not have the right to store. You retain ownership of your content; we process it only to provide the service, including AI summarization and organization as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, attempt to access others' data, disrupt the service, or use it to store harmful or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Pro subscriptions are billed through Base44 Payments. Monthly Pro is $8/month and Annual Pro is $72/year, plus any applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime from Account & Billing; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then revert to the free plan. Prices and features may change, but changes won't affect an already-paid period. Refunds, if any, are handled per applicable law and our payment processor's policies.
Free tier
Free accounts may capture and organize thoughts with limited weekly guided-journal prompts and limited AI summaries, as described on our Pricing page. We may change free-tier limits; changes apply prospectively only.
AI features and accuracy
AI-generated summaries, tags, and suggestions are approximate and may contain errors. They are a starting point, not professional advice. You are not required to use AI features; your thoughts are stored regardless.
Account deletion
You can export your data and permanently delete your thoughts from your Profile at any time, and you can delete your entire account (including all your data) from your Profile. Deleting your account is irreversible. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Account & Billing before deleting your account so you aren't billed again.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) remain in effect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where practical.
